Which injury calculator should I use?
In the US, use the personal injury settlement calculator for most claims, the car accident calculator if a vehicle was involved and you want policy limits and vehicle damage included, and the pain and suffering calculator to compare methods for non-economic damages. In England and Wales, use the whiplash calculator for road traffic whiplash and the compensation calculator for other injuries.
Are the calculators free?
Yes. There is no sign-up, no email or phone number is needed and nothing you enter is stored. The calculations run in your browser.
Do the calculators work for Scotland or Northern Ireland?
No. The UK calculators apply the law of England and Wales. Scotland and Northern Ireland have separate rules, and the whiplash tariff does not apply there.
